MOBILIZATIONS AND MOVEMENT
This intensive is open to all creative people who want to include the expressive body and movement as an artistic practice and language. We will work through physical mobilizations in pairs and trios to return the body's own organicity, power and enjoyment. I propose this practice with the intention that it will be a highly nourishing experience for creators and artists both in terms of creativity and imagination as well as possibility and physical capacity.

Bea Vergés is a dancer, actress, creator and teacher.
