DANCE DIALOGUES

"Dance Dialogues" is a pedagogical space for training, creation and performance that drives La Turbo. We offer this space with the intention of bringing together different ways of approaching physical practice, the creative process and scenic resources.

​

 

In this second edition, we open the research process of the new production of the Miquel Barcelona Company to dialogue with the choreographic, expressive and conceptual resources of four countercultural dances: voguing, waacking, twerk and dancehall.

Monday 16 Voguing with Jayce

Tuesday 17 Waacking with Aina Lanas

Wednesday 18 Twerk with Josefina Zuain

Thursday 19 Dancehall with Ámbar Murgia

 

Each session will be from 4 to 7 pm and consists of a theoretical part and a practical part.

Aimed at contemporary dance practitioners (intermediate level) and no prior knowledge of each style is required.
